Graphico (“we”, “our”) is a product of D'Innovet Technologies Pvt Ltd. We help people turn spreadsheets into AI-generated dashboards. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

By using Graphico you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We collect only what we need to run Graphico for you:

• Account details — name, email, and authentication identifiers.
• Datasets you upload or link (CSV, XLSX, Google Sheets, pasted tables).
• Dashboards you generate, save, and share within Graphico.
• Basic usage events — pages visited, features used, errors encountered.
• Billing metadata returned by Stripe (plan, status, customer ID).

• Provide and improve the dashboard generation experience.
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Process subscriptions and manage your plan.
• Communicate important account, security, or service updates.
• Diagnose bugs and improve performance.

We do not sell your personal data.

Datasets you upload or link are used only to generate and save dashboards for your account. They are not used to train public AI models, are not shared with other users, and are not sold to third parties. You can delete your dashboards at any time from your dashboard list.

Authentication is handled by a managed auth provider. Passwords are never stored in plain text. You can reset your password or delete your account at any time by contacting us.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Graphico does not see, handle, or store your full card details. We only receive a customer reference, subscription status, and the plan you are on so we can give you access to the right features.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We may use privacy-friendly product analytics to understand which features are useful. These analytics do not include the contents of your uploaded datasets.

Your data is stored with reputable cloud infrastructure providers using industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized engineers. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We rely on a small set of trusted providers, including:

• Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
• Cloud hosting and database infrastructure providers.
• Email delivery for transactional messages.

Each provider only receives the minimum information required to perform its function.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You can also export or delete your dashboards from within the app. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
